We all have skeletons within; some one,
while some others a few or more but none
is free from the stink, either in the past
or in their secret and unconscious dreams
buried in the closet of their flesh and limbs.
Still we can only find them in others
and cannot see even one inside us;
but is that the way humans ought to see?

Can you not wear your skeletons outside
to bake them clean in the sun’s violet light,
the way I have been wearing for years now,
for I know how many I have and why?

We are, by all means, silly and erring
human beings, are we not?
So, errors let us down
is just another of our erring thoughts!

  1. I love your creative way of expressing that great question: Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

    1. i really do not understand why! can you help? is not the plank in my eye much more obvious than the speck in yours? then why does my admitting it make me an anomaly, an outcast?

      I’m grateful for your understanding!

    1. thanks …. never be ashamed of your errors…. just learn from them and move on… do not even be disheartened if you are making the same error over and over … every time there will be something new for you to learn… who loves you will love you for who you are without being influenced by what you have been through in the past. Take care!
