Terror Attacks In France

It has been more than 12 years since I last kept such strange hours in front of an IDE or Integrated Development Environment. Back then it used to be C++, Visual Basic or Java that showed commands and syntaxes,

whereas now it is Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0, showing frames and audio waves.

Despite the apparent differences, the present experience is intoxicating as the previous one. So much so that I have to keep reminding me, I am not 25 anymore and I must not be overindulging but old habits truly die hard.

 

Anyways, I have uploaded the second episode of my Two Bits series last night. Titled, Terror Attacks in France, it is a compilation of three of the deadliest terror attacks in French history, so far. It includes a brief description and my views about January 2015 Île-de-France attacks, November 2015 Paris attacks and 2016 Nice attack.

What Peace, What God

   

See, Paris burns, so is Damascus but
the heavy stink of burning human flesh,
does it smell different in anyway!
Do the bereaved mothers’ grief and the tears
of an orphaned son look different in
separate religions or continents?

        

Vilifying dreams to make the evil just,
what peace, what god made by mere men endorsed
these violence and atrocities against
the human species and their divided world?

        

Can we ever have harmony or God until
the world powers stop arming their vested causes with
laundered money, chemicals, boots and machine guns?
What if like France and Syria, the world starts to burn!
